Strength and rigidity of the panels result to the diagonal truss wires welded to the wire mesh (cover mesh) layers on each side of the panel, thus ensuring the effective transfer of shear forces for full composite behavior.

The three dimensional panel is characterized by its unique strength, as a result of rightly engineered dimensioning as a load bearing construction element and by the correct execution of the three-dimensional truss configuration, with truly straight truss wire over their full length from weld point to weld point and with a maximum of weld points between trusses and the reinforcing cover mesh.

Erection of construction is quick and easy because the three dimensional panels are light weight ( a standard panel weighs less than 20 Kg). The construction method is simple, easy to understand and does not require skilled labor.

The three dimensional panels can be cut quickly to any size or to a particular shape to suit architectural design concepts.

Cutting of openings for windows and doors is a matter of minutes only.

Contrary to prefabricated concrete components concrete is applied to three-dimensional constructions once a building’s structure has been erected.

Unparalleled rigidity and stiffness of the  Three-Dimensional panel makes the erection of construction an easy job:

No buckling or bending of panels.
Simple bracing to hold panels in required position.
Easy fixing of rough frames for doors and windows.
Simple and quick installation of utilities, etc.

The insulation core body (normally of  Polystyrene – other materials such as Rock Wool can also be used) is securely and precisely locked in the center of the panel, not shiftable, even under high gunniting pressure as a result of the truss wires pierced through the insulation core and being arranged in zig-zag-configuration. This results in perfect building quality, with uniform concrete thickness throughout, giving highest structural strength as well as minimizing cement consumption.

As a result of the concept of the unique  three dimensional construction System, the main advantages of this new building method are the following:

Fast, simple erection with unskilled labor, in only a matter of hours and days, instead of days an weeks.
Very simple installation of utilities, such as electrical conduits or piping, water and sewer pipes.
Use of high strength load bearing panels of walls, floors slabs and roofs (approved in the USA by ICBO, BOCA.SBCCI.CABO)
Elimination of additional beams and columns.
Excellent thermal and sound insulation resulting frm the locked-in core body.
Monolithic structure of the total building for high strength, with continuous reinforcement.
Hurricane/Typhoon proof design, even at highest wind loads.
Earthquake resistant due to the low masses of Three-Dimensional constructions.
Economic use of materials.
No timber used, therefore, our natural forest resources are conserved.
Long life buildings.
Complete design flexibility.
